Super foods
Green foods, green produce gives us super health. The more raw, fresh, organic produce we eat the better our health becomes. Raw organic apple cidar vinegar, a tsp. in glass of water before each meal........promotes health. Garlic is a natural anti-biotic, tummeric a good spice for our health as well as cinnamon.

Phase 1 diet
So...I'm trying sooo hard to stick to my anti-fungal healthy diet. Actually do feel amazingly better, but over the weekend pigged out on 'comfort food', gave in for Mother's Day. Back on track now and hoping to be a 'good girl', feeling better by the day....ck out www.knowthecause.com

Think Fungus First
Sick? Think and take a serious look at what yeast/fungus can do to your body. Can it cause everything from Cancer, Diabetes, Allergy, Arthritis, etc. etc. There's lots of info and knowledge that it does. The medical profession doesn't want you to think that anything but their drugs can help! When actually drugs are ALL toxic to the body. Read 'The Yeast Connection' by William Crook M.D. Your health matters...Educate Yourself!

Diets, Diets, Diets
I'm thinking of diets today. Not exclusively for weight loss, but for health in general. There's the no-fat diet; the vegan diet; the vegetarian
diet; no-grain diet; raw food diet, and probably others I'm not aware of.
I've heard that to loose weight either go no fat or no grain. Stay away from fat or stay away from all grains [this includes sugar]. This goes along with the 'food combining' way of eating, not to mix proteins with carbs at the same meal.
We all are different, we've adapted to different foods from the way we were brought up to eat, the foods our ancestors ate.....How different is an Eskimos diet to an Islander in the Pacific?
Good websites to research on all this:
Raw Vegan - go to www.hacres.com
Anti-fungal,no-grain - go to www.know the cause.com
Educate yourself and 'seek' out what is right for you.
